FRG Ratio Regulator and Zero Governor

Dungs FRG Ratio Regulator and Zero Governor

The FRG ratio regulator/zero governor has an adjustable setpoint spring and nonadjustable counterspring.

Application in general:
The FRG is recommended for industrial and commercial heating applications. It is suitable for dry natural gas, propane, butane, air and inert gases.

Application for Ratio Regulator:
Holds a constant gas/air ratio during turndown by varying gas flow to the burner in proportion to combustion air flow. Adjustable ratio for excess gas or air operation.

Application for Zero Governor:
Controls fuel by reducing incoming gas pressure to zero or adjustable to slightly above or below atmospheric pressure.

FRI Pressure Regulator for DMV

FRI Pressure Regulator for DMV

The FRI/6 balancing type pressure regulator combines a pressure regulator and a 50 micron gas filter in one housing. Various combinations are possible using the FRI/6 with the most of the DMV shutoff valves for a compact, modular system.

Application:
The FRI/6 pressure regulator is recommended for industrial and commercial heating applications and is suitable for natural gas, propane, butane, air and inert gases.

FRS Line Pressure Regulators

Dungs FRS Line Pressure Regulators

The FRS 7../6 Line pressure regulators are a balancing type, spring-loaded regulator with an adjustable setpoint. They feature an internal sensor for regulating output pressure.

Application:
The FRS series line pressure regulators are recommended for applications when incoming gas pressure from the service regulator needs to be reduced to a suitable pressure for the gas appliance pressure regulator. These are designed for high efficiency appliances, high-turn down appliances, appliances using direct spark ignition or hot surface ignition, and other applications requiring a high performance regulator. The FRS is suitable for dry natural gas, propane, butane, air and inert gases.
